EXION RF Microneedling can be customized for a wide range of skin tones. For darker skin, insulated needle tips allow RF energy to be delivered at a controlled depth beneath the skin while limiting unnecessary heat at the surface. Your provider will evaluate your skin and customize treatment settings with your skin tone and concerns in mind.
Comfort is a priority throughout your treatment. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to make the experience more comfortable. You may feel warmth, pressure, or a brief prickling sensation during treatment, but settings can be customized based on the treatment area and your comfort level.
